Booking Process


Step 1
Reach out to LouFly through the "Contact Us" page explaining what trip and date(s) you are wanting to book, Give us a call, or shoot us an email!
We will get back to you within 24 hours max.

In the subject line please type: "Booking"
Step 2
You will receive a phone call from Andy to discuss the trip.
After the phone call, an email will be sent to you within 24 hours containing information about your trip.
*Please review our "liability policy and waiver release agreement" . This must be signed and returned before we head out on the water!
Step 3
Make a 50% Deposit
An invoice will be sent to your email with links/QR codes to pay.

You will receive a confirmation email that your deposit has gone through.​

Get excited about your trip!

You will receive a phone call the day before your trip to confirm that it is still on.

*The other half of the payment is due the day before the trip*
