Booking Process
Step 1
Reach out to LouFly through the "Contact Us" page explaining what trip and date(s) you are wanting to book, Give us a call, or shoot us an email!
We will get back to you within 24 hours max.

In the subject line please type: "Booking"
Step 2
You will receive a phone call from Andy to discuss the trip.
After the phone call, an email will be sent to you within 24 hours containing information about your trip and our "liability policy and waiver release agreement". Please sign and email the form to louflyguideservice@gmail.com
Step 3
Make a 50% Deposit
An invoice will be sent to your email with links/QR codes to pay.

You will receive a confirmation email that your deposit has gone through.​

Get excited about your trip!

You will receive a phone call the day before your trip to confirm that it is still on.
